Overview
This is an exciting position, partly because it’s for an SMM department and partly because it will involve what we love the most, social media. We are building out our Social team (yay! 🎉). And we’re looking for an energetic, data-driven, and creative Social Media Specialist. You'll be responsible for managing the social media management department presence of both internal and client accounts.

- You have experience managing multiple social media accounts in different industries.
- You should have a deep understanding of various social media platforms.
- We want you to be knowledgeable, sure. But we’re more in the market for someone with a healthy(ish) obsession with outsmarting those ever-changing social algorithms to help brands surf the tides of social trends, not be carried away by them.
- You should understand the nuance between content for personal brands vs. businesses.
- In client-facing situations… you can speak confidently about the value of our work. You’ll be explaining the benefits of our optimizations and simplifying complex strategies so that even the most data-driven of people, those who may or may not have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed and maybe haven’t yet had their bulletproof coffee, can easily understand the value we bring.
- You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Tech Savvy.
- Excellent to have: Experience or understanding of Influencer Marketing, Paid Advertising (Facebook and Google), Google Analytics, and SEO
- Excellent knowledge of English is a must.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
What You'll Be Up To
- Posting content is the least of your worries. You will need to build and execute Social Strategies from conceptual planning to tactical recommendations.
- Implement the strategies on various platforms understanding that each is different and requires a different approach.
- Develop and deliver client reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis. Interpret, analyze, and make optimization recommendations against paid social media campaigns and database metrics.
- You’ll spend a lot of time learning about our content strategy – what we’re doing regarding SEO, inbound marketing, and our paid design. Plus, there’s some spreadsheet stuff because we track everything.
- Working with the team to plan, create, and schedule multimedia content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Work closely with other multimedia content creators (designers, copywriters, and current team of content creators) to foster and mentor their growth and create content together.

Overview:
Let’s dive straight in! This role? It's like walking a tightrope between structured planning and raw creativity. It's exciting, yes, but with creativity often comes a degree of chaos. Not everyone's cup of tea, but if you have a penchant for capturing the perfect shot amidst fleeting moments, we're looking at you. This role offers a kaleidoscope of opportunities. Imagine having the power to define the visual identity of brands that people love!
You might not have been the official photographer for Vogue or NatGeo (and if you were, that's a bonus!), but we're more interested in how you perceive the world through your lens. Show us that eye for detail, that ability to narrate stories with imagery, and we'll mold the rest.
Let’s start with the highlights – a bit about you and the skill set and behaviors you’ll need in this role.
- You have been that unsung hero behind the lens, capturing moments across varied settings or industries.
- A deep understanding of different photography techniques and styles is vital.
- Sure, we want you to know your stuff. But what's even better? If you’re obsessed (in the best way possible) with chasing that golden hour or creating the perfect studio setup.
- You know the difference between shooting for a brand's catalog and capturing a candid moment for an influencer's Instagram.
- When discussing concepts or sharing your work, you can convey the thought and technique behind each shot with clarity, making even the uninitiated appreciate the art and science of it.
- Juggling different shoots, managing post-production, and sticking to deadlines is just another day for you.
- Your proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
What You'll Be Up To
- Collaborating with our marketing and design teams to understand and execute the visual content needs for various campaigns.
- Being the go-to person for all things photography – from conceptualizing themes, deciding on locations, and setting up the shoot to post-processing.
- Directing and guiding any external photographers or assistants during larger shoots.
- Taking charge of photo editing, ensuring the output aligns with the brand and campaign requirements.
- Handling equipment, keeping an inventory, and ensuring regular maintenance.
- Staying updated with the latest trends in photography, including techniques, equipment, and software.
Application and what to put in your email
- The job you are applying for.
- Attach a resume and portfolio.
- Tell us about your favorite shoots, and yes, even the ones that didn’t go as planned.
- A summary of why you feel you’d be good for this role.
Please let us know what sort of salary you have in mind. We would hate to waste your time if you want a salary that’s beyond the realm of possibility for us.
Overview:
Let's just jump right in here. This role is complex and exciting. It's also a bit stressful and chaotic. So, we know it's not for everyone. It's a nail-biting thrill with an ENORMOUS amount of growth potential. And you'll get bragging rights when you're the one influencing marketing budgets for the brands you use every single day!
We don't expect you to have extensive experience in influencer marketing. Nobody in the market does. But we want to know who you are and how you see the social media landscape. If the potential is there, we will teach the rest.

What You'll Be Up To
- You'll work closely with the influencer marketing team to learn what their clients need and build influencer relationships targeting all of the required personas.
- Official influencer liaison: Throughout the campaign, you'll be working very closely with the influencers themselves… negotiating, building relationships, checking their content, answering questions, providing suggestions, helping them complete their deliverables, ensuring all requirements have been met and validating that all tracking-related code is intact and correctly installed. Basically: you become an influencer wrangler.
- You will be working on end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. You will be involved in various functions like outreach, negotiation with influencers, conceptualizing content, creating briefs, sending contracts, managing the content approval process, data tracking, reporting, and payments.
- You will also reach out to brands o pitch influencer partnerships so hopefully, you are good at that.
