Time is priceless! So why do we treat it so badly so often?! Here are some tips to help you optimize your time!
#1 - Don't multitask
We know it's tempting but don't. Focus on one thing at a time so you can complete your tasks properly instead of butchering them and ending up returning to each, wasting more time.
#2 - Get your sleep cycle in order
Sleep is mega important. Whether you're a morning bird or a night owl, figure out what's the best schedule for you and stick to it. Your organism and mental capacities desire consistency and will perform better if given stability.
#3 - Take a day off (or two)
Whether you choose to listen to it or ignore it, you always know when you need a serious break. No matter the workload, make sure you have some time off, as it will also positively impact your performance.
# 4 - Annihilate distractions
This is a pretty obvious one but is very hard to do. Turn off your social media notifications during working hours, install apps that will facilitate it if you can't gather up the strength to do so, or simply throw that phone out! Nah, we're just kidding... Or are we?
# 5 - Set daily goals
Again, a pretty obvious point which many of us choose to overlook because it sounds simple. Having a to-do list and daily goals is a sure-fire way to be organized and efficient.
